We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below to understand the terms and conditions that apply.

Returns for In-Store Credit Only
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for in-store credit only. All returns must be in original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable and Non-Cancellable Items
Certain products are non-returnable or non-cancellable, including but not limited to:

Sleep Trials
Sleep trials are only available with the purchase of a mattress protector. If you purchase a mattress with a sleep trial, the sleep trial is only eligible for exchanges for in-store credit, not for a refund.

How to Return Items
To return an item, please bring it in-store within 30 days of the purchase date, in its original packaging, and with the proof of purchase. Our team will assist you with the return process and issue an in-store credit for the return amount.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for something else, the exchange will also be processed for in-store credit within the 30-day window.
